CSR Policy

In accordance with our management philosophy, we promote activities in the areas of human rights and labor, occupational health and safety, environmental conservation, ethics, quality and customer satisfaction, and business continuity planning (BCP). To ensure continuous progress, we will implement these activities through an organizational framework based on our CSR Activity Promotion Regulations.

Human Rights and Labor

We respect the human rights of all employees and provide a comfortable working environment. We support initiatives that prohibit forced labor, child labor, and discrimination, and we do not enter into contracts with business partners engaged in such practices.

Safety and Health

We continue our efforts to ensure our product safety and minimize the environmental impact. We ensure a safe working environment, prevent accidents and health risks, and strive to maintain the mental and physical health of our employees.

Safety and Health Promotion System

To achieve employee health management, reduction of labor accident risks, and improvement of the working environment (prevention of overwork, securing rest time), we have established a Labor Safety and Health Promotion Committee, and the contents of the discussions are reported to the Board of Directors.

Safety and Health Patrol (inspection of working environment)・Safety and Health Committee

Safety and Health Committee members are selected from each department to have safety patrol every month.

In case any risks and unhealthiness are found, they should be reported in Safety and Health Committee meeting to maintain the safety of working environment.

Security and Disaster Prevention

Disaster prevention training is implemented once a year.
Self-defensive organization for disaster prevention is organized within the company to improve our disaster prevention skills along with collaboration with fire fighters and local society.

Safety of Logistics

Products in various transfer package forms are getting transported and delivered safely and securely with close communication with transport companies to satisfy customers' requests.
As a part of logistics safety support, we issue yellow cards and we have training sessions with transport companies to be ready for transport accidents and emergencies.
To enable a quick delivery to customers in overseas plants, some warehouses are located in Malaysia and China (Shanghai).
By having some stocks in sites and warehouses other than production plant sites, we enable delivering products in case of large-scale earthquakes (BCP Solution).

Environmental Conservation

We work on the conservation of energy and resources, and the reduction of waste, and strive to purchase, develop, and manufacture environmentally friendly products with low environmental impact, building a sustainable environment together with the local community.

Green Procurement

Based on our concept "Contribution to actialization of environment-friendly, affluent society", we promote continuous improvement activity foe environment management system.
In addition to that, with some help provided from customers, in order to promote environmental conservation activities, "Green Procurement Standard" was set up in November 2007 to enable procurement of environment-friendly products.

We implement measures to prevent corruption such as bribery and embezzlement and do not tolerate illegal actions. BCP (Business Continuity Plan)

In the event of a major earthquake, large fire, or other disaster, we aim to ensure management stability through the formulation of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to prepare for unforeseen circumstances and to operate for early recovery after the occurrence. To achieve this throughout the supply chain, we request our business partners' cooperation in procuring raw materials and supplies that consider these aspects.

CSR Activity Report

To ensure that each employee understands and practices corporate social responsibility (CSR), we conduct an annual company-wide training session.

Activities in 2024

Purpose of Training

The training aimed to enhance corporate trust, improve working conditions to increase employee retention, and reduce legal compliance risks by raising company-wide awareness of compliance.

Training Content

In this training, we used video materials to learn about important themes in corporate activities such as compliance, information security, and harassment prevention. As part of our ongoing CSR activities, we will continue to conduct regular education and training to improve the working environment and fulfill our social responsibilities.
